Work in Progress Wednesday


This year I plan to do experimental stitching.  I made a color copy of a piece that I really like and adhered it to fusible interfacing.  I have added stitch with  gold and silver threads by Kreinik.  I have also added gold and silver H20s watercolor paint.  I am liking how it is coming along!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
