Work in Progress Wednesday

I created a bountiful, bevy of butterflies.  I have a clever idea for an altered book and will be incorporating these butterflies into it.  I need to add some stitching to the felt/sheer fabric butterflies.  The butterflies cut from decorated papers might need a little something added to them but most will be fine as they are.  I am having a lot of fun with this.

    A beautiful choice of prints for the butterflies. Will they want to stay put on a book? Watch it or they will fly away! Have fun!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
