I heart Macro

I enjoy having flowers to photograph.  I always have an excuse to pick some up!  This time of year there is always a reason to get outside and enjoy the gardens as well.

    At this range, this flower is a bit reminiscent of a kaleidoscope, isn't it?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
