Take a Stitch Tuesday

Here is my Sheaf stitch, on the upper right.  I am using my hand dyed silk threads on a silk fabric.  The colors are way off and I am not sure why.  I am doing some slow, thoughtful stitching to fill in the leaf shape.  I am enjoying the process and find it quite relaxing.

    This leaf will be filled with a lot of beautiful TAST stitches worked in your colourful silk thread.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
