Work in Progress Wednesday

Last month I had a lot of fun dyeing some silk threads.  I have been quite eager to get stitching with them.  I have created a little 'book' from silk scraps.  I am planning to stitch a leaf shape on each page.  Silk thread on silk fabric is so yummy!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
