Progress on my Bead Journal

I am pleased with my progress so far.  I am going for a mixed media approach with this bead journal.  I have used silver transfer foil on one row.  I have also used some micro beads in gel medium but I am not super happy with those little sections.  I am not sure how I will fix them at this point but trust that an idea will come.  There is still a lot of beading to do and I am confident I can that done.

    I believe this will be a richly decorated journal page, It already looks heavy.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
