Work in Progress Wednesday

Okay, not so much work in progress.  I am taking this opportunity to say with all gratitude this piece was accepted for publication by Linda and Laura Kemshall in their Through Our Hands publication.  I highly respect the work that Linda and Laura are doing.  I am very honoured that they thought my work was good enough to be in their magazine!  It is always a thrill for me to have my work accepted!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
