February Guild Challenge

A six inch block using blue and yellow was the challenge for February. I used some fabric I painted/stamped myself. Since I am never shy to use metallics I decided gold threads would act as my yellow for this challenge. This isn't a block that makes me go WOW but I do like it.

I like how the stitching adds a nice accent to the printed fabric.

I have a rather large collection of fancy threads and everything I make, garments, quilts, whatever, has fancy threads. Love the gold thread.
