Work in Progress Wednesday


The top photo is my crazy quilt block for February.  A bit late but finished.  I have a good start on my March block and should be able to get it finished by the end of the month.

The bottom photo is my block ready to be sent to The Canadian Sesquicentennial Quilt    I didn't plan for this block to be my bead journal for March but now it has to be.  I just don't have time to do another beaded piece in March.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
