Work in Progress Wednesday

I have managed to complete my March crazy quilt block before the end of the month.  Yay!  I really like when I can stay on track.  The first four blocks I am doing this year all have similar colours as I plan to stitch them all together.  They each have a bead journal project from a previous year incorporated into them as well.  I have been keeping the seam treatments fairly simple so that the beaded part will be the focus.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
