I heart Macro

Nothing new here but I never tire of macro flower shots.  We went to see the Georgia O'Keefe exhibit at the AGO last week.  When we got to the room with her flower paintings my hubby commented: "Oh, I see why you like her so much, her paintings are just like your photography."  Nice!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
