Work in Progress Wednesday

I took a brief break to recuperate from the studio tour.  Now I need to get back on track finishing projects.  I decided to use a quilt block I created in a workshop with Paula Nadelstern.  This quilt block is far from perfect but I still think it is gorgeous.  Mind you, the colour in the photo is off.  In real life is more teal.  I decided it would make an interesting page in my fabric book.  I think I need to add beads to this though.  I may treat it as my bead journal project for October.  Or I may just add a few beads and call it done.

  1. I have a bunch of fabric to make blocks in Paula's style. Someday I'll get to it. You've done a lovely job on yours - thank you for sharing it!

  3. It's a beautiful block! I look forward to seeing what embellishments you decide to add.

Thanks so much for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party and for the link back. Aloha hugs!
