Work in Progress Wednesday

I treated this crazy quilt block as my bead journal for this month.  I had a lot of fun creating this basket of flowers.  I used beads, buttons, ribbons and lace to make the flowers.  What a happy block!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
