The prompt for February is reuse, recycle and repurpose.  I wasn't feeling terribly inspired by this.  I made a colour copy of a fibre piece.  I like the piece but wanted to see if I could push it further.  A colour copy is a safe way to do that.  I added a bit of paint to it and the quote 'Reflect upon your present blessings of which every man has many- not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.'  Dickens

    You are already very good at reusing and recycling by using things in your stash.
    The photo copy has a nice pattern.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
