I heart Macro

A highlight of our trip to Hawaii was Foster Botanical Garden.  I very happily spent time there.  Our Uber driver had never heard of the place and couldn't fathom why I wanted to go there, let alone bring a camera.  Clearly, we all aren't on the same page when it comes to beauty!  Kind of funny.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
