A riot of colour

Even though May is such a busy month for me I am still making time for my creativity.  I am having a blast creating my coffee filter mandalas.  I have a lovely collection of them and when things slow down to a more normal speed I will take them further.  Beading and stitch come to mind.  Here is the link for how to make the mandala

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
