Tassels

One of the very first fibre classes I took was about making tassels.  That was many years ago and I haven't made a lot of tassels since but decided to give them a play again.  Using scraps, bits and pieces really appeals to me right now so these tassels are a real hodgepodge but I love them.

    from a distance the tassels in the picture could be two people in long dresses!

    I like them, too. When I first looked at the picture I thought the tassels were dolls.

    They would make some cool funky earrings or something to hang on your car mirror. Thank can see lots of places for your tassels. Love them!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
