work in Progress Wednesday

May has been an exceptionally busy month.  My bead journal has not received as much attention as I would like to give it.  Still, I am pleased with it and will call it finished.  Please excuse all the dog fur on it.  Using wool fabric for the base was probably not the wisest choice when our golden retriever is shedding so much!

    Will a bit of sticky tape or those velvet clothes brushed remove the hair?
    There is not as many beads as you usually put in, but this way more of the beautiful foundation fabric can be seen.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
