Work in Progress Wednesday

My bead journal for May is coming along.  I want to point out that I used a coffee filter with this one.  I have forgotten how I applied colour to it, there are numerous ways.  I then cut it out and sandwiched it between two sheer fabrics using fusible web.  I then applied it to black wool and started beading and stitching.  I love the way it is coming along!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
