Work in Progress Wednesday




Closing reception for my artist in residence with the Ayr Library is tonight.  It is a bit sad for it to end but I am excited about moving on to other things.  I hope they are pleased with the altered book I and the community created.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
