A bit of progress

My bead journal does not look significantly different from the last time.  Some of the beading I had added I subsequently picked out as I just didn't like it.  Some beads were added that I like.  It is rather slow going this month.  I am having a hard time imagining that it will be finished by the end of September.

My focus has been on creating journals for the studio tour that happens tomorrow.  My Little Golden Book journals are just the cutest!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
