Another Challenge

San Francisco School of Needlework and Design is hosting another challenge.  No surprise that I signed up again.  The Make Do Mend challenge is right up my alley.  I have been wanting to do something with these jeans for a while.  I absolutely love the way they are coming along.  I can't wait to wear them.  I had wanted to have them finished so I could wear them at a trunk show I just did.  They are so me!  Do you think that is acceptable attire for a trunk show?  I am kind of doubting it.  Maybe better suited for a workshop.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
