Work in Progress Wednesday

I have a good start on my bead journal for December.  I did a similar Christmas tree last December and I love it.  Not typical Christmas colours but this tree is going to be ever so pretty.

    Of course it will be lovely! As for using traditional colours or not, in Japan pink is now the hot colour for Christmas decorations, way stay traditional?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
