Water

This fabric started out white.  I stencilled it and then did a wash of lighter blue over it.  I did some embroidery stitches with fusible thread and then adhered transfer foil to it.  The experimenting was so fun!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
