Work in Progress Wednesday

My April CQ block is finished.  This is the last block needed to finish a quilt.  It is going to look good when all the blocks are put together.  It is always fun to have a crazy quilt finished but it is not my favourite part.  I need to figure out what the rest of my blocks for this year will be.

    I love your block and crazy quilts! Is that beading near the top? Your thread changes and stitches add so much interest! Your colors are warm and hot at the same time inviting the eye to explore! Thank you for sharing!

    Nice vibrant colours. Do you have a design wall where you can display the blocks and move them round until you find the right placement and if anything is missing?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
