Journal Page

I made a colour copy of a mandala I had created a while back.  I wanted to take it further and added some white highlights and darkened some dark areas.  Making the colour copy is a safe way to take something further without ruining the original.  I added it to my journal and some found poetry.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
