Junk Journal

How many journals does one person need?  I have at least 10 on the go at the moment.  How crazy is that?  It actually isn't surprising given my penchant for excess.  Whatever, I have fun!  This page was done in my junk journal.  The base page is braille from an old book.  Love the texture!  You probably recognize the tree from yesterday.  I had made a colour copy of the fabric piece to test out my idea.  I figured there was no point in wasting it and added it to my journal.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
