Water

This was a good way to use up some tiny scraps.  I trapped them under some organza and then machine stitched over it all.  My machine was giving me trouble yesterday.  The thread kept breaking.  The tension was wrong and was pulling the bobbin thread to the top.  It was rather frustrating but I persisted.  I won't pick out those stitches as this piece is not that important to me.  I have better things to do with my time.

    Hanging or tangled thread ends can be a feature! Don't remove them.
    I think your water is very beautiful.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
