Water

I used rovings to create this depiction of water.  I wet them with a watered-down white glue mixture and applied them to a texture plate.  Once dry, I removed them from the texture plate and had this lovely textured piece.  I added some beading.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
