Work in Progress Wednesday

I have been creating leaves to go into an altered book.  I have adhered fabric scraps to paper with a watered-down white glue mixture.  Once dry, I cut out the leaf shape.  There is a certain pleasure in using up the tiniest of scraps.  Using up rather than throwing out is really important to me.  When you think about it that is what the original quilters were doing.
