Slow Stitching Sunday

A while ago I was experimenting with oil pastels on fabric.  I created this cheerful little landscape but didn't know what else I would do with it.  Having finished my floral slow stitching piece I decided this would make an interesting base to stitch into.  I hand quilted on the black lines.  I have started using up some short bits of silk ribbon.  At this point, I think I will just stitch in the field areas but that may change as things progress.  There are no great plans other than to enjoy the stitching.
