Work in Progress Wednesday

Here is the start of my crazy quilt block for September.  I am so original!  I went with an autumnal theme!  Actually, it is rather different for me.  These are not the colours that I naturally gravitate to.  How fortunate for me that still have managed to collect fabrics in these colours!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
