Water

Oh, this one was fun to create.  I finally was able to use the funky turquoise fabric that I bought so many years ago.  The textured fabric I added on top of that is interesting but it does make the beading I did hard to see.  I knotted some interesting fibres together and applied them.  I think that idea needs to be pursued further.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
