Water

I am still playing with my six inch square water experiments.  These little pieces are all going to be going into a book form.  Or at least that is the plan at the moment.  This piece is truly mixed media.  I did some hand stitching and then added glass beads in gel, fibre paste, transfer foil, glitter and paint.  I love the sparkle and shine of this piece.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
