Another Finish

I am on a roll!  It feels so good.  It is fun to use up some of my button stash to create a frame on my mandala pieces.  I think it works quite well.  It is also a good project to do while I am at work as it doesn't take a lot of thought.

    Buttons, round ones, go so well with a mandala as it is a repeat of the round shape.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
