Slow Stitching

I am loving the way this piece is coming along.  I am mainly just using up the last bit of thread on my needle from other projects for this piece.  This piece is pretty cheerful.  I love bright colours but especially at this time of year!

    I like your wall hanging with the embroidery, it is very effective and as you say bright on this winters day ( it has just started raining again).

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
