An Experimental Approach

This is the beginning of my bead journal for February.  I have painted a coffee filter with acrylic paints and while they were wet I added some thread bits.  I have fused the filter to interfacing and I am ready to start beading.  At the moment I have no clue as to how I am going to bead this.  I am confident that it will come to me though.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
