Slow Stitching Sunday

I haven't made a lot of progress on my bead journal.  I thought I would have more stitching time this past week but my son and granddaughter moved in with us.  My DIL is a nurse and they felt it would be safer if they stayed with us.  My son is a student right now and still has online classes so needs help to care for his daughter.  It is a complete joy to have them here.  Oh so tiring and my stitching time is very limited.  I am glad I can help them and build special memories.

Lovely stitching. I am isolated from my daughters and grandchildren right now, but it is for the best as my DH has bad asthma on a daily basis.

How lovely you are able to enjoy making special memories with your son and granddaughter. Though of course we all wish it was because of much happier circumstances. Your daughter-in-law is working in the front line isn't she. May you all be safe and keep well. Hopefully, you will be able to enjoy a little stitching in your busy days.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
