Bead Journal

I am really enjoying this one.  It is quite close to being finished. Yesterday was a beautiful day and I was able to sit outside to stitch.  OH!  That felt so good.  It truly is one of my favourite things to do.

    Sitting outside in the sunshine, stitching this amazing piece does sound rather bliss. I love all the gorgeousness that you have lovingly stitched to this pretty. So much lovely detail. 'Tis fabulous you are almost finished.

    Hi Angela, I love how your background is sort of there, like a water colour. Your piece is lovely. It really was a beautiful day. No stitching for me - I got my hands all dirty in the garden. I'd forgotten how much I love gardening and I have to work on it early in the season because it will get abandoned when it gets too hot. Take care.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
