Work in Progress Wednesday


I have made a little headway on my bead journal for this month.  I better get cracking on it to finish before the end of the month.  I have been a little distracted from my stitching.  I signed up for a couple of online art journal workshops and have been enjoying splashing paint around.  There doesn't seem to be enough time for painting and stitching.  Both are relaxing and enjoyable.  I am not sure if I will post my paintings even though I am happy with the paintings they are not remarkable.  Back to the beading!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
