Changed my mind

 Originally I created the blue to depict sky.  I have changed my mind and now I want it to look like water.  I have added green to give the impression of a forest. So far it still looks like not much at all.  In my head, it is taking me back to the cottage we had when I was a child.   This is going to be another page in my book for my granddaughter.  It will come to life, I promise!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
