Taking it further


 I had finished this block a while back but have figured out a way to use it for my book.  I have added a few more critters to it.  Going through my stash to find just the right thing was an enjoyable process.  I have four blocks that are similar to this and I had planned to stitch them all together to make a larger piece.  Now I am wanting to find a way to use each of them in my book.  So far I have figured out three of them.  One more to go!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
