Work in Progress Wednesday


 I added some blue glitter to the sky.  Love it!  The sparkle makes me happy.  This is truly a mixed media piece.  I used rovings as the base and a silk paper method to put it all together.  I added yarns and dried flower pieces in that process.  I still want to add some hand stitching to this.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
