I heart Photography


 Taken at the wrecking yard.  The colour and texture are so pleasing to me.  Most of my photos from the wrecking yard have a more abstract quality.  I love the abstracts that I create but I also love the simplicity of this one.  Doesn't it make you wonder how that hammer got there?  How long has it been there?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
