Slow Stitching Sunday


 Sitting on my deck and soaking up some sunshine while beading is simply the best.  My mind drifts with the breeze.  Counting the beads is like meditation.  I am curious what my next step will be in creating this mandala.  I love the way it looks so far.  The gleam of the transfer foil makes me so happy.  More sparkling beads can only make it better!

    Oh yes, more sparkling beads can only make this Mandala better. Love the transfer foil you are stitching on. I love that you are sitting on the deck, basking in the sunshine, "your mind drifting with the breeze"....beautiful!

    I second what Kim said... yes... more beads and sparkle, although it does make it challenging to photograph sometimes!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
