Slow Stitching Sunday


 I love working on a seascape.  The colours and textures in the sea are amazing.  I am having so much fun with this piece.  I feel like this might be a good place to stop but I am tempted to go a little further with it.  Or I could just start a new piece.  I can cut up more of that felted sweater to use as a base.  I could also do both.  This piece really could use some beads!

    I agree, some beads, or sequins, would add to the beauty this piece already has.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
