Slow Stitching Sunday


 I have been inching closer to finishing my book.  If stitching is slow well writing is even more so for me.  I really want it to be done but it isn't something I can rush.  While photographing my stitch illustrations I noticed that some could be improved.  My rainbow has received more gems and some running stitches.  I think it is better now.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
