Slow Stitching Sunday


 I have made progress on my mermaid CQ block.  Under the sea themes have so much potential for colour and texture.  So fun!  I have so many wonderful textured yarns that work perfectly for this.  It would be easy to go overboard with them.  This block probably doesn't need a lot more but it certainly is finished yet.

Very pretty! I especially like the pink and green fibres that look like underwater wavy plants... gives the whole piece realistic movement.

Oh, I don't know; I think your exquisite mermaid pretty could have a few more pretties added to it. After all it is an under-the-sea wonderland. All your embellishments are just beautiful, Angela♡
