Slow Stitching Sunday

I find myself stitching on my mandalas again.  Even though I occasionally take a break from stitching mandalas, this is a love affair I can't imagine ending.  Of course, I could be wrong.  I do have many interests and don't like to be tied down.   The possibilities seem limitless and the ideas just keep coming with mandalas though.

This one looks like a record album at the moment.  I wonder if my hubby would mind me rescuing one of his old albums and making it into art.  Hmm?  I do love a good upcycle!  Oh no, my brain has started swimming in ideas!

  1. That’s what I thought too— a record! I know you will enjoy this one!

  2. That looks like fun! Did you start with the button in the center and then stitch from there? I love the rose shaped beads, too. Enjoy!

  3. I wait with eagerness to see your embroidered creativity on one of your husband's record album covers. =)

  4. It is always a pleasure to see your Mandalas.
Did you make those Fargo Roses with embroidery ribbon?
