Slow Stitching Sunday


 I have posted about this piece recently but I have squeezed in a few more stitches here and there.  I am imagining that I will have this one finished before too long.  I have created another scene with oil pastels on fabric.  It is waiting in the wings to be stitched.  The oil pastels need some time to cure and dry thoroughly.  It is always fun to think about the project!

    I love the different fields with all the stitches. Actually, it reminds me of your 'pie chart' where each wedge is filled with stitches.,

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
